Accessibility Statement

Last updated 27 September 2026

In short: we want everyone to be able to use the website and the app, whatever their ability, device or assistive technology. We test against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we want to hear about anything that gets in your way.

1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website and the Luke Coaching app, regardless of ability, device or assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we keep improving.

2. The website

  • Semantic HTML, proper headings and visible focus states.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Colour contrast that meets or exceeds AA in both themes.
  • Respect for your system’s reduced-motion setting.
  • Keyboard-only navigation across every page.
  • ARIA only where native HTML cannot express the intent.

3. The app

The app (app.lw.coach, iPhone and Android) is checked against WCAG 2.2 AA with automated accessibility audits on every main screen, in light and dark mode, including at the largest text sizes. It supports:

  • screen readers: VoiceOver on iPhone and TalkBack on Android;
  • larger text: Dynamic Type on iPhone and font scaling on Android;
  • keyboard use on the web, with a skip link and focus that follows navigation;
  • reduced motion, and increased contrast or high-contrast modes;
  • touch targets of at least 44 points on iPhone and 48 dp on Android.

4. Known limitations

Some decorative animation may still appear on marketing pages. If anything stops you from doing what you came to do, we want to know.

5. Feedback and contact

If you meet an accessibility barrier, please contact us through our contact page and mention “accessibility” in your message. Clients can also message Luke in the app. We will reply within five working days and work with you to fix it.

6. Enforcement

In the UK, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing accessibility regulations. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the EHRC.
